Description
Plastic Trichinella larvae counting basin.
Features
Produced according to EU Directive 2075/2005 requirements for magnetic stirrer method. .Can be used for observing the digestion liquid in transistent light, both with inverted light microscopes (trichinelloscopes), and for direct light microscopes (objective over the sample) .
Characteristics
Size is 230 х 45 х 20 mm, bottom is lifted at 4 mm from the table and divided in 10х10 mm squares, total 72 zones.
Application
Observation of sample after digestion of meat in artificial gastric juice (magnetic stirrer method). Used with Gastros line of semi- automated digestion apparatus.
Notes
The basin is included in the set of delivery of STEAK line of trichinelloscopes.
