Combined ion selective electrode for measurenents in meat carcasses (EK-03)

Ion- selective electrode (EK-03) - is used for measuring pH in meat carcasses. It does not require preparation of sample. Electrode is build in sharp knife  shape and  all system has a protective cap . Productivity is 20- 30 samples per hour.

Ion- selective electrode (EK-01) - is used for measuring pH in milk and other liquid media. It does not require preparation of sample. Electrode is manufactured in plastic cylindrical shape and has a protective cap . Productivity is 15- 20 samples per hour.

Measurement range - from 2 to 14 pH units

Working temperature range  –  15 ºС to 40 ºС

Time of  stable readings , not over 180 s.

Non - linearity (fluctuations)  of hydrogen characteristic  ± 0.3 рН
